My PC Keeps rebooting and crashing EVERY 10 minutes with System - Microsoft Community

hello,

my pc started acting today mid day. been rebooting , crashing when try run programs, including deep scan antivirus. have gone through , had registry cleaned piriform ccleaner memory clean up, ran malwarebytes adaware remover. o on desktop , web long don't try run anything. extremely lost here , have been scouring net no success.

i have  hp running windows 10 64-bit, version 1703

amd a8-3820 apu radeon hd 2.50ghz

8 gb of ram

the blue screen keeps saying system service exception

there different factors can contribute why computer keeps on rebooting , stops responding. 1 possible reason there system files got corrupted. resolve concern, kindly answer questions below:

  • were there recent changes made or updates installed prior issue occurring?
  • since mentioned got blue screen error, confirm exact error message saw error codes shown?
  • we confirm if there error prompts showed on computer when stops responding or computer reboot immediately?

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
