My laptop screen freezes randomly during gaming and youtube - Microsoft Community

hi, laptop has been freezing during gaming , youtube lately , little during time have been writing post. it's been happening for past week. have checked drivers ad date. memory usage, gpu, , cpu in task manager okay. memory usage 49% , cpu , gpu average 10%. have tried looking solutions online , none working. audio youtube continuing run in background , inputs mouse , keyboard go through during gaming because can see character in different spot after freezing stops. happens , randomly 2-3 seconds in-game , bit longer on youtube. laptop hp notebook envy, dual-core i7 processor, 14 gigs ram, , intel hd 4600 graphics. know it's not gaming laptop , might because of specs, game running not game requires high performing graphics card. have been playing game quite time , has started show these symptoms.

thought of possible reason why laptop may acting this. may possible recent big update windows 10 causing this. issue occurred after update believe.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
