Homegroup on a wireless network - Microsoft Community

have desktop pc , laptop pc both on wireless network. had homegroup before after windows 10 creators update, no longer works. both of them join homegroup , ask password (neither provides password). laptop says homegroup created laptop. have tried running troubleshooter on both , unable identify problem.

since have tried running built-in troubleshooter homegroup, option can recommend re-create homegroup , check if issue still persist.

if still unable join network after re-creating homegroup, next best step perform system restore pc can go earlier point when still working properly. started, check article: recovery options in windows 10 , refer restore system restore point section.

we'd appreciate update end result.
