hi,

devices appear under bluetooth category, may try steps below:

  1. click windows + x.
  2. go control panel.
  3. change view by small icons.
  4. select devices , printers.
  5. right click on bluetooth device , go services tab.
  6. uncheck boxes , click on apply. click ok to finish.

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
