after reinstalling windows 10, others can't hear me through video - Microsoft Community

upgraded computer windows 7 windows 10 long time ago. reinstalled windows 10. after installation, others not hear voice through video chat (i using qq). have tried uninstall drivers related sound , microphone (including high definition audio device) , restart computer, did not work. tried disable enhancement of playing audio, did not work neither. have run troubleshooting. under "speech", said "microphone not ready" did not fix problem when required fix. before reinstalled system, did encounter such problem, needed uninstall the high definition audio device in order solve problem, can't. please me?

appreciate have tried perform troubleshooting resolve issue. if issue still persists after uninstalling drivers, means current drivers not compatible system. assist you, suggest download latest drivers manufacturer's website of microphone that's compatible computer.
