Wireless headphones not showing up in Bluetooth "Add a device" - Microsoft Community

i bought prestgio pbhs18r bluetooth wireless headphones. work on iphone, windows 10 won't detect it.

bluetooth works fine shows phone (and other bluetooth devices), not headphones.

i tried both "connect" in action center , "bluetooth & other devices" in settings; same result.

what do?
