Windows Wifi and Bluetooth Connectivity Issue - Microsoft Community

hi team,

i installed windows 10 education version yesterday , connected wifi , bluetooth devices. fine , excited new os. today, unable connect wifi or bluetooth , personal hotspot too. don't understand happened after yesterday.

i tried below things.

1. tried update wifi driver. result - didn't work.

2. tried solution online in similar forms- didn't work. saw link ( hyperlink)  particularly, skeptical have disable antivirus , so.

3. changed wlan autoconfig settings in 'services.msc' manual. still nothing works.

i had extracted network log executing 'netsh wlan show wlanreport'

and results were

  failures 1
  warnings 0
disconnect reasons
reason count
  the network disconnected user. 3
  the driver disconnected while associating. 1

please help.

please ignore this. had pressed wifi on/off switch pressing f2 key on dell laptop, in turn turned off wifi.

one suggestion that. in windows 7, whenever pressed this, there notification on screen had pressed button. not in windows 10. pls take care rectify issue in next os update.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
