How to be able to choose an adequate resolution for the screen? - Microsoft Community

some days ago tried see information mail got zdnet , since day have problems display on pc's screen.

when try change resolution use within screen 2 options (1024x768 recommended , 800x600) , both of them see information incorrect (i got more options before).

in addition that, think nowadays have 2 screen drivers installed: 1 pc , 1 name lp156wh2-tlq1 think name of device have never owned.

perhaps solve problems uninstalling last driver, afraid of getting blocked if directly; because, perhaps, before uninstalling there other things must done.

how can solve problems display of information on pc's screen?

hi jon, display driver need rolling . . . windows update has lately been installing incorrect display drivers . . .

open device manager (accessible right clicking start button)
expand display adapters section
right click graphics card, choose properties
on driver tab, click 'roll driver'

close device manager , restart system


if there no roll available or not work, go support page of manufacturer of pc/laptop

download device driver recommend display adapter/gpu , install version, until microsoft come out fix . . .

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
