High disk usage when doing almost nothing. - Microsoft Community

so have computer have assembled someone, when hits 16+ mb/s hits 100% , can still go 120+ mb/s when benchmarking disk, when using pc tends crash blue screen sometimes, worked fine 1st week , began have problem, have tried 2 different hard drives 1 of them works fine on computer in computer hit high disk usage, have replaced sata cable , did not either, have tried disabling different services can cause problems didn't fix either, has been reinstalled 2 times , no luck there either, totally lost , hope can me. down below list of items in computer.

os: windows 10/64-bit.

motherboard: asus - rog strix z270i gaming mini itx lga1151 motherboard.

cpu: intel - core i7-7700k 4,2ghz quad-core processor.

cpu cooler: corsair - h55 57.0 cfm liquid cpu cooler.

ram: corsair - vengeance led 16gb (2 x 8gb) ddr4-3200 memory.

graphics card: gigabyte - geforce gtx 1060 6gb windforce oc 6g.

hard drive: western digital - caviar blue 1tb 3.5" 7200rpm internal hard drive.

replacement hard drive: intel 240gb 2.5" ssd.

power supply: corsair rm750i, 750w psu.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
