hi, usb ports not work , accessing device manager indicates nothing usb controllers , therefore there nothing expand in view.

peripheral devices plugged computer , gets recognized called plug , play devices. other devices use drivers manually installed device recognized computer. identify why controller isn't recognized, we'd ask few questions:

  • what's make , model of peripheral device you're trying use?
  • were able use before or brand new?
  • to replicate concern, have tried on different computer?
  • on current computer, able plug in different device?
  • can provide screenshot of device manager? if present, collapse universal serial bus controllers category visual.
