How to stop "suggested" programs, as in I do not want ANY - Microsoft Community

so, after disabling suggested stuff still getting attached screenshot.  not want suggestions microsoft or entity in way shape or form associated microsoft.  how can stopped completely?

hi,

in windows 10, suggestion enabled default. however, can turned off. now, in order disable it, make sure you're signed in admin account. next, go settings, click personalization, select start, turn off occasionally show suggestions in start. after that, restart computer.
