DVD Drive not Recognizing Blank CD/DVD - Microsoft Community

hello everyone, elitebook 8470p cannot recognize , burn discs. reading data/burned discs work fine though. ideas? thanks!

have computer , tried format disk first?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
