Can't add or reset Windows 10 sign in Pin - Microsoft Community

i have pin set 1 of computers.  when try log-in option have enter password.  when try add pin (this option - no change, no remove, no reset) in settings not password challenge nor dialog asks me confirm pin. can type in pin nothing happens. corrupted.  how can remove corrupted pin data , create new one?

we appreciate response. there possibility user profile corrupted. suggest try change administrator account password. after changing, remove pin; then, check if change/remove pin option appear. if yes, edit , see if works.
