BSOD Caused by WIn 10 Auto Update-Unable to boot system - Microsoft Community


win 10 auto update caused bsod  i'm unable boot system. tell me how system & restore before the catastrophe. returned shopping , found this. live alone, no 1 accessed system.

start pc, manufacturers logo disappears , windows attempts load or spinning dots appear, press , hold power button 5 - 10 seconds perform hard shut down

twice

on third start windows boot recovery environment , there can access system repair, safe mode, command prompt . . . etc.

go troubleshoot - advanced option - restore previous version of windows, best option . . .

otherwise, go troubleshoot - advanced option - system restore
check see if have restore point can go

if not have restore point, go troubleshoot - advanced option - startup settings , click restart
upon restart, press 4 enter safe mode
once in safe mode, backup data if not have backup
open device manager , check make sure drivers date
reboot see if windows start

if above fails, go troubleshoot - advanced options - reset pc
choose keep files , apps, files or keep nothing
start reset
