hi,

i had problem downloading things. unable download app microsoft store , keeps saying app couldn't install , try again. tried troubleshooting , resetting store app in vain. similar problem kept coming, unable install update os. says can't check updates.

can please issue?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
