No GDI list in Task manager? - Microsoft Community


i’ve problems application i’m running , part of problem solving process need monitor how many gdi objects or handles it’s using. forums should go task manager , in view menu activate gdi list.

if go processes in task manager there no other option under view other things monitor, if right click bar below drop down list has cpu, memory, disk , network.

the forums , pages skip on it’s apparently easy can’t see option monitor other 4 mentioned. i’ve looked windows 10 guides , same thing, go task manager , have @ different lists, why can’t see any?

there's no real installation involved. let me know, if think weird set up. want end folder looking this...

(a) .chm must in folder .exe's, or screens won't work.

(b) either .exe work on 64-bit machine. 1 needed.

(c) if create shortcut .exe on desktop,

     ensure r-clk it, & @ shortcut tab, click advanced button.

     finally, ensure "run administrator" checked.

i had - first time in v.1703 - process explorer's "run" box work...
