Ethernet and WiFi drivers keep on breaking since 2 days ago - Microsoft Community

my ethernet , wifi drivers keep of breaking , have restore system earlier date, notice there tons of weird drivers being installed on system. restore system 13th , in matter of 6 12 hours i'm same problem. i've said stuff that's gonna removed , bunch of weird drivers, tons of random printer drivers! turning win update on or off doesn't make difference , i'm wondering how of these drivers being installed quickly. 

i've tried can find online update drivers , uninstall drivers... problem goes deeper installing drivers.

issues connecting ethernet or wireless internet connection occur due faulty network drivers. provide effective resolution, need answer following questions:

  • which version, build , edition of windows installed on computer?
  • what changes have made computer before issue occurred?
  • are getting error messages? if yes, kindly provide error message , error code.
  • are experiencing same issue when using computer?

in meantime, suggest running automated troubleshooter wireless , other network adapters. visit link, click , run following: find , fix problems wireless , other network adapters , find , fix problems connecting internet or websites. these troubleshooters can scan , repair damaged network drivers.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
