Sound not working - Microsoft Community

my computer did automatic upgrade morning , have no sound. icon says "no audio output device installed." watched videos , downloaded realtek driver still not detecting. when device manager, sound not on list. in videos i'm watching, should there below software devices missing. suggestions? need sound work soft phone. ack!

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
