sound volume slider returns 0 after move up!

hi joe,

there several reasons why microphone volume not working expected. can caused outdated driver or other conflicts. provide appropriate solution issue, we'd ask additional information. please answer following:

  • have made recent changes or updates prior issue?
  • have checked if there pending updates?
  • are using built-in or external microphone?
  • what build , version of windows 10 using?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
