how often should I flush the DNS resolver cache by using the command - Microsoft Community

my pc uses internet connection via secure wifi network.  understand it, every time startup pc or bring pc out of hibernation, network assign different ip address.  question is: how should flush dns resolver cache using command prompt "ipconfig/flushdns"? system automatically flush cache?  running windows 10 version 1703.
