"Not connected, connections are available". - Microsoft Community

the wifi won't connect automatically. every , computer wifi has message saying: "not connected. connections available." shows greyed out wifi signal icon star symbol on top.

i have windows 10 norton 360 installed. have medium - wifi signal when working. same thing happens on work laptop windows 10 , norton 360. have unchecked box "allow computer turn off device save power" in device manager. network private, password protected network (same work laptop). have checked box "connect automatically when network in range" in "wireless network properties" in control panel's "network , sharing centre". have checked box "connect automatically when in range" in "change connection properties" in "settings". 'troubleshoot problems' fixes it, after 6 or 7 days goes issue.

please help.
