can not read CD-R after installing window 10 - Microsoft Community

after installing window10, pc can not read cd-r. have searched many instructions or advices on internet not success. not computer technician. can previous driver back? thank advices.

look in disk management , see if drive there.

does drive show in file explorer?

if insert cd-r in drive while in file explorer drive show up?
