Blank screen with only recicle bin - Microsoft Community

when start computer screen black recicle bin after reset , clear laptop , press f12 , cusrsor not stop loading. please

it might due corrupted files on system. suggest placing pc on safe mode to start pc using limited set of files , drivers. after placing pc on safe mode, recommend perform clean boot on pc eliminate software conflicts might have occurred when installed program or update on windows 10.
