Windows 10 store not loading content - Microsoft Community

hi,

i have windows 10 pc 1703 (15063.608 build).

recently can't load content in windows 10 store app. 

home tab , apps tab both empty while games tab loading normally. 

the issue started 5 days ago since store app update version 11708.1001.21.0

it worked fine before that.

i tested issue on main desktop pc , laptop both same os , same build.

it's similar on both of them.

i'm adding images visualize issue.

update 2:

the problem resolved after windows 10 store update 11709.1001.27.0

(windows 10 64-bit, 1709)

this issue may have been caused recent changes made on computer.

we suggest run windows store troubleshooter. give easy fix solutions , resolve software issues.

please let know if need further assistance.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
