Windows 10 bluescreen crashes only when working with files!! - Microsoft Community


i getting consistent bluescreen crashes whenever working files, such doing music file conversions using itunes 12.5, backing files external hardrive, or defragging c drive. i'm operating on 2011 hp pavilion hpe, windows 10 upgraded windows 7 earlier year. browsing causes no problems, working in folders no problems. files. need can't complete backup, defrag c drive, or continue converting music files wav files (a current project.) followed online suggestions perform recall of c: windows\minidump, , recent results follows:
