need correcting issue using windows 10 , internet explorer.  unable keep multiple webpages open - disappear behind 1 another.  in order view prior one, current open window must closed - instead of being visible in 1 of "+" or "new tab" windows.  next, if click on link within webpage brings (smaller)window - stay there long don't attempt move cursor click on it. if move cursor, disappears , can't find it, after closing or minimizing current window. hope that's clear , can point me in right direction. thank you!

  • were there recent changes or updates installed in computer prior issue happening?
  • which version of internet explorer have in computer?
  • which build , version of windows 10 have installed in computer?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried?

as initial recommendation, can reset settings of internet explorer state in when internet explorer first installed on computer. can used troubleshooting concerns might caused settings have changed. take note though resetting internet explorer remove previous settings has been set user. can follow steps available though link. steps provided can applied internet explorer 11 if version have.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
