HP DeskJet 3522 Print Queue Continuously Not Clearing - Microsoft Community

hi,

i have hp deskjet 3522 set on home wireless network (updated drivers , firmware).  my wife used (she has laptop, have desktop).  both computers showing, on , on again, print queue getting stuck after printing job.  it's if computer isn't aware job has finished printing because shows incomplete number of pages and/or file size being processed, yet document prints in full.  the job stick around in queue , prevent other jobs printing, after deleting job , clearing spools.  the thing helps running troubleshooter after trying print next job.  the troubleshooter able clear stuck job , start next one, reprint stuck job.  pretty frustrating!

can't find online this.  i have seen couple posts disabling bi-directional communication i'm concerned means , whether work.

the error encountered can associated print job stuck in print spool service on device. initial step, suggest follow steps provided on support article. initial screen contains printer troubleshooter. however, can proceed next step clicking drop-down arrow , selecting advanced. clear device's spooler file , restart spooler service remove print job stuck in print queue. once you're done, restart device , check if encounter same issue.

note:we recommend save work before restarting print spool prevent data loss.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
