wireless printer prints from one computer but not from the other - Microsoft Community

have wireless printer (hp5740) , 2 laptops using windows 10. until both computers able print. there no printer response when 1 of computers tries print. although printer queue have document in list. nothing happens.

executed hp print , scan doctor. issue resolved easily.
