Surface Pro 2 useless after Windows update - Microsoft Community

my surface working fine. left house take wife dinner. when returned tablet useless, windows must have auto updated while gone , it's stuck in eternal boot loop.

the geek squad told me $100 fix. independent repair company quoted me $60. i'm not happy having pay repair caused manufacturer. see i'm not person dealing either.
