Keyboard problem persists even after Windows Reinstallation - Microsoft Community

hi there!

recently while using windows 7, i've been facing problems keyboard- such as, keyboard not working @ all. , having use on-screen keyboard sign-in. after couple of minutes of working using on-screen keyboard, keyboard comes alive again. starts working before used. continuous absence of keyboard response every time sign-off irritated me lot , decided upgrade windows 10. problem on utter disappointment, brought along new disturbance. non-stop forum pop-up!!! applications, including file explorer began pop-up "windows , support" window. literally every app opened started popping-up particular forum. starting windows file explorer microsoft edge, every single app opened forum. don't know what's causing it's insanely annoying , can't work peacefully. maybe triggered hot-key or shortcut f1 used function. question is, if so, what's solution now?

it's not virus or malware. desperately need assistance. please me support can give.

hi,

windows , support window pop if you've pressed f1 key. if window popping though you're not pressing f1 key, there might issue occurred after upgrading windows 10. isolate issue, please provide following information:

  • for clarification, current build , version of windows 10 using? check this, click on link.
  • does issue occur right after you've upgraded windows 10? did install applications or programs prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • if possible, send screenshot showing issue.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
