why laptop monitor remains black (no display) if press keys? happens after have left laptop on time sleeps, when need use again, display won't come back.

it doesn't come back, when click background mouse, or touchpad? first time yesterday morn., couldn't wake laptop up. had hard shut down.

then went , looked through power settings , found out hibernate enabled. don't use it, , had disabled, i'm not sure how got turned on. i'd heard problems hibernate caused, use sleep. may want check power settings.
