Can not find old emails sent. - Microsoft Community

sent few emails in feb-mar 2017.  did not delete them or replies. saved them future reference.  need locate them , can't .  have windows 10 , not familiar it.   help

email software did use send emails?

type of account did using, outlook.com, gmail, icloud, yahoo?
