VPN not working after creators update 1709 - Microsoft Community

hi guys

i using ultra book mobile work , connect home network via vpn hsdpa wwan modem. before fall creators update working fine. after update cannot connect anymore via mobile network.

the setup: have win 2016 server rras configured l2tp psk vpn. when connect withing network (lan or wlan) works expected. wwan connection outside not work.

strange thing is, when adroind mobile works, via wlan , wwan.

i have forwarded ports 500, 1701 , 4500 in router vpn server , enabled esp protokol. have checked wireshark if communication on ports arrives @ server when connecting win 10 (1709) machine, , yes there traffic. there no events logged on server , client reports 809 error in vpn client events.

i have googled hours , watched several l2tp howtos on youtube, can server seems configured correctly , working fine. port forwarding working can connect via android phone. not know how debug or trace narrow in on problem. maybe can help.
