dear sirs,

i installed windows10 pro within bought anti-virus. @ given moment anti-virus expired. didn't money buy new one, obliged recharge anti-virus online. when got money bought new anti-virus replace recharged one. removing it, @ end got message restart , did it, when restarted lost key board , mouse continue other operations , work on laptop, i.e. damaged. don't know how proceed, can me, please?

it possible system files on pc has been affected anti-virus software. troubleshoot issue, recommend following these troubleshooting methods (note: open on-screen keyboard clicking start>settings>ease of access>turn on-screen keyboard on):

method 1: run dism

the dism may fix windows corruption errors. so, follow these steps:

  1. right-click the start menu and select command prompt (admin).
  2. copy, paste, , press enter command: dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  3. if operation completed successfully, close command prompt , check if issue has been fixed.

 

method 2: run system file checker

system file checker utility in windows allows users scan corruptions in windows system files , restore corrupted files. so, follow these steps:

  1. right-click the start menu and select command prompt (admin).
  2. copy, paste, , press enter command: sfc /scannow
  3. this may take several minutes finish. if command prompt shows verification 100% complete, close command prompt , check if issue has been fixed.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
