Windows 10 won't Detect Second Monitor - Microsoft Community

i  tried use duel monitors vga splitter , detecting 1 monitor on second monitor showing same thing on first monitor in blue. please help.

we know more issue. please clarify following: 

  • are trying duplicate desktop display or extend it? 
  • does vga splitter have program or driver setting multiple monitors? 

 

in meantime, suggest check following forum article on how add multiple monitors windows 10 pc.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
