my computer isn't recognising usb floppy disk drive unintalled , installation wizzard won't work

hi,

using other usb ports on computer resolve kind of issues. if issue still persists, let's try uninstall usb drivers resolve issue. follow steps below:

  1. open device manager.
  2. double-click universal serial bus controller.
  3. right-click usb drivers, click properties.
  4. go driver tab.
  5. click uninstall.
  6. reboot your computer.
  7. try insert usb check if issue persist.

keep in loop result.
