How Feedback Hub counts upvotes? - Microsoft Community

i not understand how feedback hub upvotes counter works.

for example, here they provide screenshot, showing this collection got 1716 votes.

however, see 41 42 upvotes:

ok, "on builds 10240-15023" in case well. 1 pc using "windows 10 1703 15063.726" (shows 42), using "windows 10 1709 16299.64" shows same. none of them shows range of builds, on screenshot. moreover, numbers see smaller, though ammount of duplicates still high. build i'm using should pretty popular, afaiu. so:

  1. how count numbers?
  2. if depends on "os build" - possible "range of builds", on screenshot?

just fyi, doesn't matter how counted isn't popularity contest see developer's attention.

microsoft evaluates submissions , based on product team's own priorities determine if of suggestions future attention development.
