Error adding iCloud account to windows - Microsoft Community

i'm trying add icloud account windows can sync calendar. after entering email , password "attention required" error. far can tell saying password wrong i'm 100% sure password i'm inputting correct. ideas?

have two-step/two-factor authentication on apple account? if you'll require app specific password entered in place of account password under mail app.
