Windows build 1709 printer & driver issues - NOT PRINTING Word - Microsoft Community

my dell inspiron 20-3059 64-bit, x64-based processor windows specifications - edition windows 10 home, version 1709, os build 16299.125 performed automatic "quality update windows 10 version 1709 (kb4058043)" on 16-dec-17 , "feature update windows 10, version 1709" on 11-dec-17. to build 1709.  hp officejet 8610 pro not print word 2016 documents; however, able print other word 2016 documents.  when attempting print a word 2016 document, bottom of document page shows has been sent printer no pages printed.  hp officejet 8610 pro shows "printing report", nothing printed.  

i have spent numerous hours , days uninstalling , reinstalling printer hp officejet 8610 pro installation disc, downloading latest software , drivers hp support - https://support.hp.com/us-en no resolution.

the device manager , event viewer provide following information , descriptions of several events , errors:

the event details range from:

would please advise me of solutions problem?  printer printed word 2016 documents before updates, why has microsoft not provided solutions these known issues.

isolate problem, create new user account check if can print word 2016?

other things can try:

repair office:
open start > settings > apps > apps & features
scroll down microsoft office
select
click change

now, wait while repair wizard starts up.

choose type of repair perform. depending on severity or availability of internet connection, try first option, quick repair, faster , tries fix problem without data connection.

if doesn’t resolve problem, go , try online repair option. particular issue, had use online repair.

repair process straight-forward following wizard. note you’ll need save work , close office programs first, , click repair.

wait while repair process runs.

notice repair experience similar fresh installation. amount of time takes depend on connection speed , issue is.

see office apps light in respective colors while repair completes.

once installation complete, restart computer sure , launch apps , verify if problem having resolved.

reinstall printer:

please try steps recommended below uninstall printer software

press windows key + x, click apps & features or programs , features
select hp printer.
select uninstall.

press windows key + r, type control, hit enter
open devices , printers.
in devices , printers window hp printer. if see listed, right-click on , choose "delete" or "remove device.”

open run command "windows key + r" key combo.
type printui.exe /s , click ok.
click on drivers tab.
hp printer driver. if see click on , click remove @ bottom.
select ok.
select apply , ok on print server properties windows.
close devices , printers.

proceed reinstall driver.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
