hello,
my laptop falling asleep, turns black right after grab move.
i've bought new msi gs63vr in january year, past 7 years old laptop turning self off (no battery) while grab , move it, started think if it's not system w10 thing since had no problem last 1 while still running w7/ linux, believe hardware of msi alright since it's relatively new.
second thing started same time falling asleep was, when battery low (about 10%) turn off in same way if hold power button while. doesn't battery low statement does, plus battery last half time new, system bit messy
i didn't found on other forums, has problems pc turning it's display off, want mention that's not case.
plus if don't mind me asking off topic thing, ok have stats? 25% cpu use apps using 3% , 32% of memory while ram 16gb , apps using few % of it.
thank time, appreciate help.

hello alice,
laptop falling asleep can due outdated drivers. isolate cause of , identify if hardware or software issue, need additional information:
- does laptop connect power supply when you're moving it?
- have made recent changes prior issue?
- have tried performing power troubleshooter? if still haven't, can check steps below:
- press windows + x key.
- select control panel.
- in search box, type troubleshooter , click troubleshooting.
- click on view option on left panel , select power , click on next button.
note can create new power plan , check. power troubleshooter checks things computer's timeout settings, determine how long computer waits before turning off monitor display or entering sleep mode. adjusting these settings can conserve power , extend computer's battery life.
about cpu usage, it's possible there's 3rd party program/app is running in background consumes memory , processing power.to identify culprit, can perform clean boot. performed to start windows using minimal set of drivers , startup programs.
we forward reply.
