Windows 10 Bluetooth Problems - Microsoft Community

hi all,

so, i've been googling , trying troubleshoot past couple of hours, no avail.

my goal connect ps dualshock controllers via sitecom bluetooth dongle. 

with original drivers installed here http://www.sitecomlearningcentre.com/products/cn-524v1001/micro-bluetooth-4-0-usb-adapter/downloads controllers show if go through little blue task tray icon on bottom right, end unpaired, saying "no pairing response" after several seconds.

i tried use generic drivers, russian dude seems suggest can make out video , subtitles https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxerbhg1rgo&vl=en

, system tells me can't find required driver. don't seem able find online anywhere.

the sfc tool shows result:

windows resource protection found corrupt files unable fix of them. details included in cbs.log %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log.

so checked log , following shows up:

everything else fine.

so, guessing there messed bth.inf. do?

hi,

for provide best resolution suited concern, we'd know if controller device can't connect bluetooth dongle, or if it's happening other devices well. other troubleshooting steps you've done far?

we'll keep eye out response.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
