I recenly got a Windows 10 Tablet, and some websites aren't - Microsoft Community

i've trtied flushing dns, updating networking drivers, clearing webcache, using different wifi network, changing modem dhcp settings, switching between non-default dns providers, running rkill, dism, , sfc, resetting router, using usb wifi card, using different browsers, disabling adblockers, , using vpn. nothing seems work.

google, reddit, , imgur loading fine

microsoft missing style elements

amazon, , google cached sites unstyled , missing images

in addition this, i'm getting complete intermittent failures resolved resetting modem

only computer has problem. other devices accessing things fine.

what else can do?
