Having major computer problems. - Microsoft Community

so there trojan on computer. got rid of sooner after .dll files started disappear , i'd error messages lot telling me .dll file missing.  at time didn't think major until couldn't things trouble shoot & error etc. recently, computer started blue screening , not being able use trouble shoot & error problem. tried factory reset it, of time when try factory reset , click on started, nothing pops used to. used options i'll wait 5-9 minutes , nothing happen , so reason i'm not able factory reset because  of .dll files missing.  will factory resetting fix missing .dll files? . last issue error says ' requested error in use '. today bought new chroma keyboard , worked until reset computer. when reset computer forced unplug because sat there hour , black screen. when did unplug , plugged  back in did ' scanning , repairing drive. moment done, new .dll files missing & couldnt run chroma app mess keyboard. the requested error has happened me before disappeared , i'm not sure. computer fixable @ point? hope is. anyways, i'm sorry theres lot of questions , because long i'll make of them bold can see them better . i'm going try update computer right , try factory reset , hope works chances wont. time :d ( p.s last bolded not question state

2. did computer come win10 preinstalled, did you clean install of win10, or did upgrade win7 computer or win8.1 computer [<=pick one!] to win10?

3. manufactured computer (e.g., dell; hp; acer; lenovo; asus)?

4. has norton application or mcafee application ever been installed on computer since bought it?

5. have ever run norton removal tool and/or mcafee consumer products removal tool?

6. version & os build of windows 10 is installed?

  • press & hold windows key , press the r key. in the run dialog, type winver , press the enter key.

7. how have determined computer no longer infected?

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
