Odd behavior after Win10 Creators Update - anyone else? - Microsoft Community

as far performance goes, haven't experienced slowdown system (hp spectre x360 i7-7500).  however, have noticed odd behavior , restarting system doesn't fix it.

1.  login camera doesn't turn off after logging in.  have start camera app , close turn off blinking lights.

2.  when lock system using win+l lockscreen wants log me in , camera won't stop searching face.

3.  occasionally, once or twice hour, screen flicker 2 or 3 times.

4.  shutting lid put system sleep doesn't work have open lid , press "sleep" menu.

all-in-all, minor stuff if know of fix lmk.

this due incompatible device driver may have been installed or have been corrupted resulted in situation. assist on this, kindly provide information need below:

  • aside applying update, have made significant changes computer may have triggered issue?
  • have checked if have other pending updates windows 10 , device?
  • to remove possibility of unsuccessful updates, using third-party antivirus programs?
  • if yes, have tried disable them , check necessary updates?
  • have contacted manufacturer device specific drivers device compatible windows 10?

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
