Netbook keeps lagging and freezing - Microsoft Community


after latest automatic update system, notebook keeps on lagging , freezing several seconds. audio of video watching continues on video frozen. , "not responding". notebook several years old. it's hp pavillion dm1 notebook. don't know why happening. did safety scanner , there no infected files found. have reformat? need do?
