my pc prompted me update morning, accepted.

your company has deleted of internet , email bookmarks, changed keyboard ampersand @ key ", moved entire drive directory, took me hours discover. fact had 8 year's worth of work files moved, , though deleted, has caused me enormous stress.

all of outlook work files have been changed, have find , reset account details. 

at no point informed done, impact or date located. nor asked consent. 

your organisation has many benefits starting behave lawless behemoth pays no account customers. think ought compensated day having waste, when should working (to deadline).

we appreciate efforts in providing details concern. in case, suggest perform a system restore. this option revert pc earlier point, called system restore point. restore points created when install new app, driver, update, or when create system restore point manually. you can choose restore point created before issues occurred.

to use recovery option, kindly follow these steps:

1. select the start button, type control panel and choose list of results.

2. search control panel for recovery.

3. select recovery > open system restore > next.

4. choose restore point related app, driver, or update installed, , select next > finish.

restoring pc earlier point remove updates , drivers installed after restore point made. won't affect personal files.

if you’re not seeing restore points, might because system protection isn’t turned on. check, go the control panel, search recovery, , select recovery > configure system restore > configure and make sure turn on system protection is selected. let know if issue persists after performing system restore.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
