Memory Leak. - Microsoft Community

for 2/3 weeks now, i've had memory leaks, ever since last windows update, first thinking "antimalware service executable" , audio program, after googling posted being spotify, seems random, did few of suggestions turning off start programs, going in other things , disabling / enabling other bits, nothing i've found on google seems work because every google result seems mixture of "my spotify taking 99% of memory" or "antimalware service" or windows defender stuff, dumb.

what do? wait next windows 10 update? should reinstall windows 10? i'm hoping here can help.

(16gb of ram btw)
