ever since last windows 10 update, getting optimal resolution error via igfxtray.exe file. not affect display of dell laptop, notification getting rather annoying. if allows me set resolution maximum, why notify error in first place.

any appreciated.

make , model of dell?

open start > settings > system > display
make sure recommended settings selected scale , layout , screen resolution.
