hi there!

i may wrong about this... seems pretty open , shut case

did forced shut down prior that? (i.e. holding power button instead of clicking shut down, or let battery die , saw screen going play (accompanied by momentary scratching sound), closing laptop before left work without waiting shut down completely)

if or similar happens prior errors starting... seems windows installation corrupted, may need clean reinstall of os if that's case

additionally, if left laptop loose on backseat of car, , moved around while steering, there chance harddrive if loose inside or have bad connection motherboard, can fixed unscrewing harddrive removing , firmly reconnecting , screw on, if not professional, may damage keyboard , touchpad best hire someone you, advice try first solution before attempting one
