tablet mode button whatever reason, grayed out. can me? use tablet mode pretty often, , don't want have give up... tried contact microsoft , named john b.(i don't think personal info) assisted me, but, unfortunately, crossed conversation out in middle of it. sent me case number before left. can tell guys or no? private?

can use registry edit turn on tablet mode first , delete key check if greyed out removed:
